On the 10th of August, Crest engaged the assistance of Business Health Pty Ltd to complete an anonymous and confidential client satisfaction survey.

The aim of the survey was to obtain our client’s honest opinion on how we are performing in nine key performance categories and to ensure that we are meeting our clients needs as financial advisers.

Our clients’ views on our performance and how we can improve our service are essential if we are to provide an even better service in the future.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank those clients who participated in the survey and provided their valued feedback.

The results of the survey have now been released with very pleasing results in all areas and standards across the board, well exceeding the national benchmark.

We have taken all feedback on board and will endeavour to continue the pursuit of excellence in our field going forward.
