A few representatives from the Crest team were joined by a dozen lucky clients who were invited to attend a unique dining experience hosted by Crest and AMP to see Dr Shane Oliver in Newcastle recently. Dr Oliver is the Chief Economist and Head of Investment Strategy at AMP Capital.
Dr Oliver is responsible for providing economic forecasts and analysis of key variables and issues affecting, or likely to affect all asset markets. Dr Oliver is a regular media commentator on major economic and investment market issues.
During the evening, Shane provided an update on the current state of markets both nationally and overseas. Dr Oliver also shared his expectations for global economies and what it means for investors.
Understanding what is happening in the world of financial markets has never been more challenging, so it was very auspicious to hear Dr Oliver’s insights.
